Aerobytes are delighted to announce the installation of its flight data monitoring (FOQA) software at Shell's corporate flight operation in Rotterdam.

Shell Aircraft operates a fleet of Gulfstream IV and Falcon 50 aircraft based at Rotterdam Airport.

Aerobytes FDM will be hosted on Shell's intranet to allow remote access, which will facilitate subsequent roll-out to its corporate operations in Houston and Calgary. This will allow all ops and engineering personnel to access their data at the same time. Shell will benefit from an easy to use system with integrated views and the ability to monitor the effect of any corrective actions they may take.

Aerobytes will be installing for several other operators over the next few months who are not mandated to conduct flight data monitoring but recognise its clear safety and cost reduction benefits.
